See where your cards are spent.
Then act on it.
An add-on to cardoff.ai. Bring your card transactions, and your team gets the spend analysis, the cardholder segments and the offer ideas that usually take a data project, in the console it already uses.
Your whole portfolio, already worked out.
The questions a cards team asks every quarter, answered from your own transactions and kept up to date as new data arrives.
Where the money goes, which categories are growing or declining, and where cardholders spend in one category but not in the next.
The merchants with the most spend, and how much of your portfolio depends on a few of them.
Who uses the card, who has gone quiet and who is slowing down, and how each card product performs.
Spend by month and by day of the week, and how many of the cardholders who started in a month are still buying later.
Spend by country and city, and the split between online and in store.
Save a report, schedule it, download it as Excel or PDF, or read the same totals from your own reporting tools through the API.
The right cardholders, by how they spend.
Build a segment from spending behaviour, see its size before you save it, and use it as an audience for your offers and campaigns.
Combine conditions with "and" and "or": spend, frequency, categories, merchants, card product. Every segment is written out in plain words.
Start from a segment that works and find the cardholders who spend most like it.
A slowing-down score and a growth score, each built from a few stated signals. No black box: you can see what moved a score.
Keep the cardholders you must not target out of every segment, in one place.
See how big each segment is and how much two segments overlap. Segments refresh when new data is loaded.
Publish a segment as an audience and pick it when you build an offer or a campaign in cardoff.ai.
Only your bank messages your cardholders. cardoff.ai never contacts them and never sells or shares your data.
Ask in plain words.
Hyduri is the assistant built into cardoff.ai. Here it turns a sentence into an analysis or a segment, and suggests where an offer could help.
Ask which categories are losing spend or how a card product compares, and get the table and chart.
Describe who you want. Hyduri writes the rule, shows its size, and you check it before saving.
Suggestions for offers and promotions in weak categories, each with the totals it is based on. They are ideas to test, not promises.
Turn a suggestion into a draft offer or campaign. Nothing goes out until your team reviews and approves it.
Hyduri works from totals only. It is never given a cardholder's transactions or identity.
From a file to answers.
You do not need to reshape your data first. Bring it as it is and confirm how it should be read.
Upload a CSV or Excel file, or use the card-transaction feed your bank already sends to cardoff.ai.
Hyduri proposes which column is which. Your team checks and confirms it before anything is loaded.
See what was loaded, what was skipped and why, duplicates and gaps in the dates.
The analysis and segments update with each new load, so later files add to what is already there.
Built for a bank's data.
The rules are part of the product, not a policy document.
A file that contains a full card number is refused. Cardholders are kept as protected references, not as card numbers.
A figure about fewer than 10 people is not shown, on screen, in a download or through the API.
Each bank's data is kept apart from every other bank's, and is never used for another bank's analysis.
Data is kept for an agreed period and then removed. Your bank can delete a load, or all of its data, when it chooses.
Who may see the analysis and who may download it are separate permissions, and every download is recorded.
Pay for what you use, and see it coming.
Large data costs money to store and to analyse, so the add-on is priced on both, with meters your team can read at any time.
A monthly module on top of your cardoff.ai plan, with an allowance of storage and analysis included.
See how much data you keep and how much analysis you have run this month. An analysis is charged on the period you ask about, its cost is shown before it runs, and re-opening a saved result uses nothing.
Buy a prepaid pack by card or by invoice. The price is shown before you confirm.
When an allowance is used up, new loads and new analysis pause until you top up. Saved results stay readable. Extra use is billed only if your bank asked for that, and never past the monthly cap it sets.
Your team is told at 80% and again at 100% of each allowance.
