How fast can we launch?
Most banks go live in days: your console is set up as soon as payment clears, then you upload a card file, pick your brand and publish offers from the shared merchant network.
Do you store full card numbers?
No. We only use the first 5 and last 4 digits plus a one-time code sent to the cardholder's mobile. Full card numbers never reach us.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Switch to yearly above to see the yearly price and what you save.
Is Arabic included?
Arabic and English are included in every plan, across the apps, the website and the console. More languages can be switched on at any time.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up as your programme grows. Talk to your account manager and we'll switch you over.
What are AI credits?
Hyduri's work in the console, such as drafting offers, campaigns and replies, uses AI credits. Every plan includes a monthly allowance; more comes in packs your bank buys by card or invoice, with optional automatic top-up up to a monthly cap you set.
What happens when AI credits run out?
You get alerts at 80% and 100%. At the end of the balance, AI features pause until a pack is bought: there is never a surprise overage bill, and every charge is shown before it happens.
